Over
cladding:
This is a cost-effective way rather than replacing the existing
wooden facia and soffits. 9 mm capping board is used for fitting
new UPVC fascia’s directly on top of existing timber. The 9mm
thick plastic capping board is available in a selection of colours
and a choice of standard or sculpted ogee styles to suit any home.
By installing UPVC fascia and soffits, this saves on repetitive
maintenance and potential future problems and they look great too.
This option is only available if your existing wood work is in good
order and not rotten.
Replacement
installation:
Our replacement installations are designed to withstand all the
British weather has to throw at us, and last for years to come with
the minimal of maintenance. 18mm plastic board is used when replacing
existing timber. The 18mm thick board is available in a selection
of colours and a choice of standard or ogee styles to suit any home.
By installing new fascia’s and soffit boards to your home or
business it protects the wooden joists and rafters from rotting.
Without this, old fascia’s and soffit boards can deteriorate
and lead to damp, condensation and possible damage to your home
or business. By installing UPVC fascia and soffits, this saves on
repetitive maintenance and potential future problems and they look
great too. All existing wood work will be removed from your property
and recycled.
Supplied with a manufacturer 10 year guarantee against warping and
cracking.
UPVC
Gutters and downspout installation
We supply and install guttering and down pipes suitable for all
types of domestic and commercial premises. With styles ranging from
the classic half round and square line gutters to decorative ogee
and cast iron effect guttering, available in a selection of colours.
We also supply and install a range of high capacity deep flow gutters
and downpipes suitable for larger commercial premises. All styles
and colours of guttering and down pipes come complete with a full
range of matching accessories and fittings. Our guttering is manufactured
from high-impact, high-gloss UPVC for a long-lasting, weather-proof
finish.
