install flexible stainless steel flu liners and install twin wall
flue systems where no chimney is present.
The correct amount of draught is critical to the performance of
your stove, air is vital for combustion. Fitting a flue liner will
improve the performance of your chimney. Over time old chimney stacks
become degraded by the constant heating and cooling of the air in
them, this can cause the mortar between the bricks to leak dangerous
gases and the rough, uneven surfaces can slow the passage of gases
up the chimney. Chimneys were intended for open fires where 75%
of the heat produced went up the chimney. Stoves being so efficient,
only 25% of the heat goes up the chimney so a good liner makes sense.
A more efficient fire means burning less wood, logs or coal. Less
fuel means cheaper running costs. It all adds up to saving you money!

prices of gas, oil and electric. A modern wood burning Stove incorporating

being environmentally friendly.
Biomass boilers are a great alternative to oil or LPG, for anyone
off grid or even commercial premises. Running costs are considerably
cheaper and with the government’s RHI incentive it can make
it an attractive deal not to mention reducing your carbon footprint.
With the RHI incentive based over 21 years but paid over 7 years
you can get all the money back for the whole installation and in
some cases get back double the amount you paid making it a great
investment.
